Index Catalogue

The Index Catalogue of Nebulae and Clusters of Stars, also abbreviated as IC, is a catalog that was published as a two-part update by John Louis Emil Dreyer, the original compiler of the NGC catalog in 1895 and 1908. The catalog adds 5386 objects to the NGC objects list. These are objects discovered between the original publication of the NGC list in 1888 and 1907.

The catalog has a collection of galaxies, clusters, and nebulae, which were first discovered using early photography methods.

Here are the following IC objects that I have been able to image so far. This is just a start, and hopes to have many more in the years to come. I want to capture more data and get more time on these targets as the years go by.
